It is actually just as advertised. my husband and I were overjoyed with it. Delivery was also fast, and the packaging was decent. Ypu must build the Kamehameha cloud yourself around the LED on the statue, this is provided. We found this very easy and looks very cool. Do keep in mind there is a wire running up the side of Goku's body, so handle with care when building tue Kamehameha cloud.
