CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS

 We process our orders very quickly and unfortunately cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. If you want to cancel or make any updates regarding your order please contact us at [email protected] to see if a modification can be made. 

 Note: Please note that a standard $2 transaction fee is non-refundable.

If your order has already been fulfilled, we are unable to process a refund (as your package is already on the way).  

Your refund for a cancelled order will take 2-7 working days depending on your payment method. Paypal is instant whereas credit card/debit card buyers may have to wait a little longer.

REFUNDS

A customer can only request a refund in the event of defaults in the delivered item. In that case, the customer will need to provide pictures or videos to support the claim

Refunds are not considered in the event the customer:

1. Made a mistake when ordering the goods for instance (including but not limited to) wrong model selection, wrong quantity selection, mistake in the nature of the goods.

2.  Cancels the order after the purchase has been finalized and paid on the platform. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags and labels attached. Once your return is received and inspected, you can apply for a partial refund or a store credit. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-7 business days. 

 Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

During transportation, accidents can happen. You can rest assured that we are here for you. If you received a damaged item, please report to [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt with a photo that shows the damage of your product(s). Please include your order number in the email. A return of the damaged product is not needed.

 Note: We are not responsible for any damage caused to the product due to incorrect use.

REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund, you must return your order. Once your return is received and inspected, you can apply for a partial refund or a store credit. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-7 business days. 

 Note: Shipping fees (if any) and transaction fees are non-refundable.

SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Using a trackable shipping service is mandatory – if you do not use a trackable shipping service, we will not be able to proceed with the refund.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please note that if the package doesn’t reach you after providing a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be held accountable and will not be able to offer a full refund of your order amount – you are responsible for providing clear and correct shipping & billing information upon placing an order.

STOLEN/LOST PACKAGES

While we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays that are outside of our control. If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to a default, you may return it. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

All returns and order issues must be reported within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. 

Standify will replace the item should you experience any damage, missing piece, or poor craftsmanship. 

If you directly damage, break, or lose the item – you will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

  • To be eligible for a refund (should you wish to return your order), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.

We DO NOT accept returns for refund for any orders that are beyond 30 days from the delivery date.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please get in touch for the return address. We will send send you the delivery details for our nearest facility close to you.
  • Please send PROOF of shipment once returned (i.e. email / direct message us a picture of the receipt) so we can use it as a reference.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive reimbursment in 2-7 working days.  

EXCEPTIONS


We do NOT accept returns if:

● The items have already been opened and used.

● The customer made a mistake when ordering the goods for instance (including but not limited to) wrong model selection, wrong quantity selection, mistake in the nature of the goods.
